MEnu Design

I’ve worked in the restaurant industry since I was 14, which has given me a deep appreciation for the service world and an insider’s understanding of both customer and staff needs. As a freelance designer, I’ve used that experience to create menus for local restaurants and cafés, grounding each project in thoughtful research and a clear understanding of the target audience.

Using my graphic design background, I was able to tackle these projects, creating engaging and interactive physical menu designs that invite customers to explore and connect with the brand.

These menus were made for a restaurant, Little Dean's Oyster Bar. I made their regular menus, happy hour menus, TV display menus, restaurant week menus, and other special occasion/holiday menus.

This menu was made for a food truck, called The Taco-ish. It's in this format so it's easy to hold and easy to pass around. I wanted the colors, typeface and layout to feel bold and inviting.

This menu was made for a cafe in a office building, Cafe 399. My target audience was the office members in the building. The Goal was to make the menu feel fresh, healthy and hearty.

This menu was made for a cafe in a skating rink. My target audience was the skaters of various ages and spectators. I needed it to fit the exciting energy that the space already exuded. This menu is displayed on TV's in the cafe area, so making the font bold and understable was vital in the design.
